Sabrina, Marketing Director for Ballen Brands shows you how to determine which BREW package is the best for you. The differences between our BREW packages are focused on the number of featured community pages and the number of showcase IDX Broker pages that are included.

BREW Featured Community Pages
A featured community page is one of the featured locations that show up on the home page of your BREW. Each of these pages includes an area that showcases homes for sale as well as information about that area. Some topics may include local schools, typical weather, and things of that nature. We do keyword research on areas to find out which keywords people are searching for, and we apply that to those pages.

Showcase IDX Broker Pages
Showcases are the tables that appear at the top of community pages that allow you to browse for more detailed information. With your BREW, the standard breakdown that comes into play is the buy price because that’s the most common thing for which people search. So, if you have feature community pages on your BREW, let’s say that your BREW package includes five, you’re going to get five that show up on your home page for a major area. It’s typically a city or a county.

For example, we have Desert Shores here that will showcase the content and the properties and the showcase IDX Broker pages that you get with your package. Each BREW package has a variety of showcase pages. For example, you’ll see 75 or 95 showcase pages. Each of these price breakdowns is considered a showcase page. Again, these are really great for ranking on search engines and providing your visitors a wide variety of options for browsing properties in the area. We do find that price is a very popular one. So, if they’re interested in that area, they can easily go to that page for that area and then click on whichever price fits their budget at that moment.

Have Questions? We can help!
Those are the major differences in the BREW packages. If you have questions, you can contact our team at team@ballenbrands.com or give us a call at 702-917-0755, and we’ll be happy to break it down for you, discuss it further, and see how we can help.
