How to Find Help
Hello, Hello Jeff Helvin here with Ballen brands and today I’m going to show you a little trick that we actually still use on our end and I want to encourage you guys to use it as well. That is how to get help with Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft is a fantastic platform.
It’s a blank canvas in most cases. If it’s something that we’ve worked with you on, then we’ve obviously set up quite a bit of functionality and things like that for you to use in the system to make it a little easier.
But, sometimes you’re still just not quite sure how to get where you want to go.
So the first thing I’m going to show you is Infusionsoft actually has, once you’re logged in, a great little help section in their system.
Step by Step Instructions
In the help center and believe me, some online help is not that useful, but in their case they have screenshots. They walk you through certain steps. If you want to send an email broadcast, for example, you can just start to type that in the search bar and you will start to see a list of help article options.
You’re not going to learn everything in a day and that’s okay. So we just try to find what we’re actually looking for and we go into those systems here and do that.
So campaigns and broadcasts, I can click on that. What am I trying to do? I want to learn how to do new landing pages. So I click on that and it walks you through the steps. Literally, step by step. I encourage you to go check that out and use those guides when you get lost.
Live Chat
Another one is if maybe you’re doing something that you think is right and it’s just not working out the way you expect it to. You can click the “chat now” feature and it’s going to pull up a chat. You’ll see that there’s hardly ever a wait here.
They’ll often do a screen grab, where they’ll record themselves on video going from here to here to here to show you how to do it. We find that to be extremely helpful.
