Installing the Plug In
Step 1:

In the search box, type “shortcodes ultimate” It will look like this picture below. Make sure you activate the plugin after installing it.
Using Pretty Links
Today we are going to be showing you how to set up a free Pretty Links plugin, which you can then install on WordPress. Once you install it you can actually just click ‘Add Pretty Link’ at the top of the page and it will allow you to easily add a link from your website.
I’ll use the testimonials page for Ballen Brands as an example. All you have to do is copy the URL from the website that you want the user to click over into, and then go back to Pretty Links and click ‘Add Pretty Link’ up in the corner.
Then, simply paste the URL into the section labeled ‘Target URL’. In the ‘Redirection’ section you can go ahead and make this a permanent link.
Then down in the ‘Pretty Link’ section, you can type whatever you want your Pretty Link to say publicly. So, for example, the URL I took says ballenbrands.com/reviews-testimonials on the end and I want it to say something like ballenbrands.com/whyballenbrands or I could go even shorter and do ballenbrans.com/reviews.
