Hello, this is Jeff Helvin with Ballen Brands and today I am going to show you how to log on to your Infusionsoft account.
This post contains some affiliate links for your convenience. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.
Logging on to Infusionsoft
There are two ways to log in to Infusionsoft. The first way is simply going to Infusionsoft.com and clicking the login button on the top right.

This is going to take you to a page where you’ll be prompted to enter your email and password and login from there.

The second way you can log in to Infusionsoft is one step quicker and will take you directly to your dashboard, instead of the page prior to that where you have to navigate to your dashboard manually.
When you sign up for Infusionsoft, you’re given a 5 digit app name, which will usually be two letters followed by three numbers. When you access that directly, it will save you a couple clicks.
Simply take your personal app name and type it into the URL bar. For example, my unique app name is ub359 so I would type in ub359.infusionsoft.com and it will give me access to my account.

When I enter that URL, it will take me to the same login page as before to enter my email and password – but the difference here is that when I log in, it will direct me straight to my dashboard.

If you have any questions on this or anything else Infusionsoft related, we’d love to help you. You can email us here at team@ballenbrands.com. Look forward to working with you.
