Where to Find Your Email Broadcasts
To find your email broadcasts, you’re going to click on the Infusionsoft icon at the top left of the page.
From there you can go to the marketing page, click on Email and Broadcasts, and then click on ‘View Email Broadcasts’.
Search Criteria
So once you’re looking at your email broadcasts, you can easily search through them using different criteria. For example, you can look for emails that you sent and view all of them in one place.

So after selecting your criteria, just hit the search button and now you can see all the mass broadcast emails that you have sent.

Details and Statistics
Now that you’re viewing your list of broadcast emails, you can see it’s organized by –
- Subject name
- Who it was sent by
- If you used a template
- If the email was sent or stopped by the user
- How many people you sent it to
If you want to view more details then click the ‘View’ link under the ‘Report’ column and it will show you –
- How many people you sent it to
- How many clicks there were
- How many emails were opened
- How many emails were unopened
- How many people opted in (if you have an ‘opt-in’ option)
- How many emails bounced back – meaning, if the email address was invalid or if their system redirected your email.
On the right-hand side of the page you can view percentages, and all the left-hand side you can see all the details of the actual email, including an option to view the original email that you sent.
So that’s how to view the stats for a broadcast email that you’ve sent in Infusionsoft. If you have any questions, you can contact us at team@ballenbrands.com. And if you want to view more videos like this one, head over to YouTube.com/Loriballen and check it out!
