This is Sabrina, Marketing Director for Ballen Brands. Today, I’m going to show you how to save an email that you’ve created as a template to be able to use within Infusionsoft.

Infusionsoft Email Template Title
I’ve created an email here for an open house within Infusionsoft. I want to be able to use it for future open houses that I have. What I’m going to go ahead and do now that I’ve created the email, is go to the upper right corner and click where it says Save As a Template. Then, I’m going to go ahead and name it, so I’m going to name this open house and hit Save. Now, it’s saved to my templates.

Using Infusionsoft Templates
The next time you want to create an email, you can go over to the My Template section. If you have a lot of templates saved, it may take a while for this to load. On the left side, you can preview the template, delete it, or you can use it. I’m going to go ahead and hit Use Template. It’s going to open up the email exactly as I had it before.

Editing the Infusionsoft Template
All you have to do to be able to edit the template is go in and make the changes that you want. Add new, different images and edit the text to whatever makes sense to that particular property, change any links that may need to be adjusted, and that is it. That is how to save and utilize your Infusionsoft templates.
